At RRN, we do things differently — even our talent searches break the mold.
1. Persona Drafting
We create original, fully-developed music personas and hold auditions for the perfect match. If you’re selected, you’ll be offered a Persona Adoption Contract — giving you shared revenue, creative input, and, after completing your term in good standing, full ownership of the name and persona.
You’ll also enjoy many of the benefits given to our signed independent artists, including broad distribution across the RBEW network — though some aspects may be tailored to fit the adopted persona.
2. Direct Artist Signing
Already established as an artist or group? We offer a 10/90 royalty split in your favor, plus the full force of the RBEW distribution network. Your music will be shared across:
• All RRN radio stations
• RRN-owned media channels (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
• Film/animation projects within RBEW
• Partnered networks and distributors
For both paths, you’ll have input on how your music is distributed — it’s your career, your vision.
